[unixODBC-support] [01000][unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib '/usr/sap/D101/libodbcHDB.so' : file not found

A couple things that I saw within the log file:

checking if platform is 64 bit... No

It says that it is configured for created shared libraries, but no
reference to those files during the install phase.

the driver it is trying to open is in the /usr/sap/D101 directory, not
the /usr/local directory.

Hopefully that provides some sort of hint.
