[unixODBC-support] unixODBC error code SQL10007N Message "0" could not be retrieved. Reason code: "3"

Dear unixODBC Support,

I got an issue when install unixODBC on AIX 7.1. The error message and configuration as detail, please suggest solution.

Error:
