[unixODBC-support] Text driver: Could not SQLPrepare

I'm using 2.2.14p2 on Ubuntu with the text driver from 2.2.11 (since it's absent from later releases).

Trying to test read plain CSV data in isql, I'm getting this:

SQL> select * from SampleData.csv
[-----][unixODBC]START: hStmt = 0x809eff0 nAttribute = 10010
[-----][unixODBC]END: Attribute not supported.
[-----][unixODBC]START: hStmt = 0x809eff0 nAttribute = 10011
[-----][unixODBC]END: Attribute not supported.
[-----][unixODBC]START: hStmt = 0x809eff0 nAttribute = 10012
[-----][unixODBC]END: Attribute not supported.
[-----][unixODBC]START: hStmt = 0x809eff0 nAttribute = 10013
[-----][unixODBC]END: Attribute not supported.
[-----][unixODBC]hStmt = 0x809eff0
[-----][unixODBC]syntax error processing 'select' on line 1
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLPrepare

Here's my /etc/odbcinst.ini:

[text]
Description             = text driver
Driver          = /usr/local/lib/libodbctxt.so
Driver64                = /usr/lib
Setup           = /usr/local/lib/libodbctxtS.so
Setup64         = /usr/lib
UsageCount              = 1
CPTimeout               =
CPReuse         =

...and my ~/.odbc.ini:

[CSV]
Description             = ~/.odbctxt
Driver          = text
Directory               =
ReadOnly                = Yes
CaseSensitive           = No
Catalog         = No
ColumnSeperator         = ,

Any clues as to what might be the problem?

Thanks
