As I say, you have to know that the app view of sizeof( SQLLEN ) is the 
same as the driver. The most important point where that size matters, is 
the size of the array of SQLLEN that is bound as the indicator variable 
to each column. Between the SQLSetStmtAttr and the SQLExecute there will 
be one or more SQLBindCol, check the size of the len_ind variable.
