[unixODBC-support] Text file drivers

Nahuel,

We might need the error messages to make it a little easier to understand
why it is the file is missing. Have you also checked the synaptic package
manager in Ubuntu because it tends to pick up on what is completely
installed and what isn't even if you are compiling it from source and have
got the files from elsewhere as they are often placed in the same
directories based on the configuration script.
