[unixODBC-support] about unixODBC-2.2.14

hi
   I have a problem when i using unixODBC-2.2.14 for postgresql(i wrote a test program by otl)
   If the network is disconnected when the program doing a database operation ,such as insert, 
   the program will hung up until the network is reconnected.I gdb the program and found that 
   it blocked at SQLTRANSACT function(file SQLEndTran.c , line 367), is there any method that 
   can let it nonblock
