[unixODBC-support] I need unixODBC 64bit version

Hi Nick,

in spite of setting the CFLAGS with -BUILD_LEGACY_64_BIT_MODE still is
building unixODBC in 32-bit version:

# export CFLAGS="-BUILD_LEGACY_64_BIT_MODE"
# cd /usr/local/unixODBC
# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-gui=no
# make clear
# make
# make install
# odbc_config --ulen
-DSIZEOF_SQLULEN=4
