[unixODBC-support] Core dump in SQLAllocHandle () for env

Hi Nick,

We use libodbc++-0.2.3, the JDBC like wraper, and unixODBC-2.2-11. We do
enable the multi-thread option for libodbc++, and I am not sure whether
there is such option for unixODBC? I didn't see it mentioned in the INSTALL
file.

The download from http://www.unixodbc.org/ is 2.2.14-p2, is it ok to use
this version with libodbc++-0.2.3?

Thank.
