[unixODBC-support] Core dump in SQLAllocHandle () for env

The version we use is for Linux AS4: unixODBC-2.2.11-1.RHEL4.1

I am not sure about "built with thread support" you mentioned below,
is there anything special we need to do?

I can only suggest 2.2.15pre, and make sure its built with thread support.
