[unixODBC-support] compiling application on pSeries RHEL fails

I downloaded unixODBC 2.2.14-p2 from the web site and was able to
cofigure, make and make install it. When I try to compile my
application I get this error:

.../include/sqltypes.h:400: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of
‘SQLBIGINT’ with no type
.../include/sqltypes.h:403: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of
‘SQLUBIGINT’ with no type

This is on 64-bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.3 on pSeries.

g++ version is 4.1.2.
