[unixODBC-support] Build Problem

[Michael Boom]

It built ODBCConfig successfully, but when it went into the other three directories make said "nothing to do for all" and continued on.  Someone said I needed to download the GUI bits from somewhere else but why did it build ODBCConfig and why didn't it built iodbctest?
