[unixODBC-support] Named Driver vs full path for Driver

Thank you all for your thoughtful comments.  As Nick pointed out and
Peter agreed, we should be using the driver name in the odbc.ini rather
than changing the driver manager.  I was just hoping to get lucky and
the driver mgr would already behave in a way that reduces my work.  :-)

I guess I need to change my thoughts from "either will work" to "you
really
should use a short driver name for DRIVER in a dsn". ;)
