I am currently away on vacation and will be back in the office 01/04

Any Linux related customer emergencies should be escalated through the
normal support channels. Either help-desk should be consulted for high
severity problems (use queue NUS_N_LINUX) or general tickets (for less
severity or BAU) should be made through zELSI ->
