[unixODBC-support] Errors with integration between Oracle and PostgreSQL, changing machines

It was an error in odbc sources in odbc.ini. It seems that this error make the odbc.ini active was the default /etc/odbc.ini and that is not configured for the new connections.
It was cumbersome to find it.
