[unixODBC-support] unixODBC and SQL_MAX_DSN_LENGTH

I have an environment in which the DSN strings would be longer than what
is currently set in SQL_MAX_DSN_LENGTH (32). While it's trivial for me
to increase this to, say, 64, I wanted to see if anyone had enough
knowledge of the unixODBC guts to indicate whether or not such an
increase would cause issues with other buffer/variable size assumptions,
i.e. is making such an increase going to break something else?
