[unixODBC-support] Solaris Package

Hi Nick,

This problem occurs on Solaris and unixODBC 2.2.12 tar ball.
I know that the problem does not occur on Redhat rpm package.

Is your OS Solaris?

I just tried it here with the 2.2.13pre code and it seems ok. You should
be aware that the driver uses the first row to give the column names. So
this file

col1,col2
aaa,bbb

Gives

Reming me of your exact platform and I will try later to see if thats
the cause.
