[unixODBC-support] core dump in libodbccr.so on HP iA64

After I use  SQL_CUR_USE_ODBC. That means it till still cal unixodbc's
libodbccr.so. At this condition, this sample program can call dump no
matter load db2 driver or datadirect driver and no matter connect to
db2 or MS Sqlserver.
