[unixODBC-support] core dump in libodbccr.so on HP iA64

Ok ,I will get the 2.2.13 to have a try. I want to know if this
version has fixed the 64bit SQLULEN make libodbccr.so core dump
problem?

About the proble "loading the cursor lib" ,it happens on every other
32 bit platfroms, instead of only on 64 bit driver.
