[unixODBC-support] libodbcinst.so

If you have an ODBC driver that is partialy working, e.g. you can connect
through isql or iusql and do some limited things like select count(*) from
table, and then get an updated version of the driver which gets the below
error, is that an indication that the updated version of the driver didn't
include the libodbcinst.so when it was rebuilt or are their other possible
causes of this type of error message?

bash-3.00$ isql -v ieqq2 uid pwd
