[unixODBC-support] isql trunkates some UTF-8 Text

Yes : LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8
Since other utilities like vim, more .. have no problem, i assume that there
must be something else.
I also tried: isql <dbname> <user> <pw> -b -w -lpl_PL.UTF-8
No execution error, but also no change in result.
