[unixODBC-support] PHP doesn't detect unixODBC

I can try the rebuild with enabled-shared to compile the shared libraries if
that will make a difference. One thing I just noticed when I rechecked the
phpinfo() page is that the Build Date did not update either, as if my
recompile did not take.
Also - all steps from the URL provided were covered.
