Thanks Nick, 

It was a stupid mistake, We exported ODBCINSTINI rather than ODBCINST
environment variable. 

And we came to know by inserting these two lines also which was not
generating trace. 

We struggle quite bit due to this :(

Now the Connection Pool is working fine :)
