[unixODBC-support] RE: Installation of the Oracle ODBC driver from Oracle

It may seem a bit obscure when dealing with the case where DSN attributes
are provided in a 'connection string' and then merged in from the odbc
system information (odbc.ini). In this case the attributes of the connection
string have precedence over the ones in the odbc.ini - but they are merged.
So an attribute not defined in the connection string but defined in the
odbc.ini - will be used (or is supposed to be used).

This only happens when the DSN 'name' attribute matchs one in the odbc.ini
