[unixODBC-support] Compile error - missing files in distribution

I'm compiling version 2.2.11 on a 5.4 FreeBSD system (FBSD port isn't working
for me). When the process gets down to CAbout in odbcinstQ, I get the following:

------------------------------------------------------------
In file included from CAbout.cpp:13:
CAbout.h:15:21: qwidget.h: No such file or directory
CAbout.h:16:21: qpixmap.h: No such file or directory
CAbout.h:17:21: qlayout.h: No such file or directory
CAbout.h:18:25: qmessagebox.h: No such file or directory
CAbout.h:19:20: qlabel.h: No such file or directory
CAbout.h:20:21: qpushbt.h: No such file or directory
CAbout.h:21:20: qframe.h: No such file or directory
CAbout.h:22:20: qmovie.h: No such file or directory
In file included from CAbout.h:24,
                 from CAbout.cpp:13:
CCredits.h:6:22: qlistbox.h: No such file or directory
CCredits.h:7:21: qdialog.h: No such file or directory
CCredits.h:8:25: qpushbutton.h: No such file or directory
-----------------------------------------------------------

I've checked. These files don't exist in the source distribution. However,
they DO exist in the QT distribution. A check of config.status confirms that
configure found the QT includes directory (/usr/X11R6/includes).

Anyone know what's going on here? Should I copy the files from the QT dist. to
the unixODBC directories?

Thanks for any help.

Gene
