[unixODBC-support] Problem with building unixODBC on Itanium - HPUX 11.23

Thanks, that pointed me in the right direction. The key thing was to not 
compile with gcc but to use the HP C compiler.
The command to use is

CC=cc CFLAGS=+DD64 ./configure --etc.
