--with-unixodbc <> --with-unixODBC.

The mind is a terrible thing to waste....  Must have looked at that config
line at least a dozen times... Ugh....  Thanks for your help Nick.

Depends on how its built, but I would guess you need a

extension=odbc.so

in php.ini, and to make sure its built and installed odbc.so
