[unixODBC-dev] SYSTEM_LIB_PATH set to "conftest"

I have noticed in 2.3.0 that SYSTEM_LIB_PATH is set to "conftest" which seems to be wrong. The following patch should fix the problem (if I understood the meaning of SYSTEM_LIB_PATH correctly):
