[unixODBC-dev] SQLEndTran returns SQL_SUCCESS for HY010(Function sequence error)

Hello Nick,

    SQLEndTran() returns SQL_SUCCESS when called after SQLExecute() with
SQL_NEED_DATA.
Ideally, it should return HY010(3.0), Function sequence error.

Please check.
