I suggest that the side-bar buttons consist of the following;

Home - what & why ODBC
Manager - overview, downloads, news
Drivers - a reference list (as is)
GUI-Qt - description (as is)
Test - description (as is)
CPP - description (as is)
Manuals - list of manuals (as is)
Links - list of links (as is)

I think this could go a long way to refreshing the web without creating
the work of redoing the whole thing.
