[unixODBC-dev] deprecated/removed drivers still have driver setup lib

Hi

I am the new FreeBSD port maintainer for unixODBC and noticed during
my release engineering prep that the various driver config libs are
still getting built and installed even though the actual drivers are
no longer bundled. (example: libodbcmyS, libodbcoraS, libodbctxtS,
etc.) Is there some reason for this? We may end up patching the
Makefile on this end to ignore them but having upstream fix this (if
doable) would be preferable.
