[unixODBC-dev] Fw: Unixodbc crashing on ubuntu-8.04, under static linkage

I need to build against static versions of other libs (lapack and blas) for profiling, because dynamic versions of those libs are stripped of symbols.
I thought, I my makefile would have dynamic and static configurations, but according to what you're saying this plan might not work.
