Ok, add a couple of lines,

make -f Makefile.cvs
./configure
make
cd gODBCConfig
./autogen.sh
cd ..
make dist

It needs the missing header files though, I will update the repository 
to fix this.

Ok, you may have to do that, but again, remember it needs to produce a 
gtkwidget not just a executable.
