[unixODBC-dev] Driver name not recognised in odbc.ini

Where should ODBCINI value be set?
Is there any file?

I would guess the ingres driver is reading the ini files itself instead
of using libodbcinst so its looking in the home one but not the system
one. Try setting ODBCINI to point to the system dsn.

The error is coming from the driver, you can see that by the addition of

the [CA] to the error message.
