[unixODBC-dev] update of "How to use C/C++ interpreter Ch with unixODBC"

Hello Nick,

Ch unixODBC package 4.0 is just officially released this week. 
It contains all source code for building Ch interface with unixODBC. 

Since Ch SDK is free and bundled with Ch for distirbution, 
the user can build the interface on their own easily.
this package will work automatically with any new unixODBC 
release in the future without the change. There is no need to write
binding code for creating the interface.

I wonder if it is possible to make a slight modificaton of
Manuals in your website 
regarding "How to Use C/C++ Interpreter Ch with unixODBC"?

Here is our suggested changes:

How to Use C/C++ Interpreter Ch with unixODBC


    * If C/C++ interpreter Ch has not been installed in your computer, download free Ch from http://www.softintegration.com/download.
    * If unixODBC library is not installed, download it from http://www.unixODBC.org. 
    * If Ch ODBC Package for unixODBC is not installed, download it from http://www.softintegration.com/products/toolkit/odbc.

Setup Ch ODBC Package for unixODBC

To create Ch unixODBC package, run:
  ch
  ./pkgcreate.ch

To install the Ch unixODBC package, run:
  ./pkginstall.ch chunixodbc

To Uninstall, run:
 ./pkginstall.ch -u chunixodbc


Run Demo Programs in Directory demos:

(1) start ch by type

        ch

(2) go to the directory <CHHOME>/package/chunixodbc/demos, run program
    'simple.c' by type

        simple.c
